We are currently recruiting in the northern Gard and lower Ardèche regions:
From prospecting to negotiation, you'll manage the entire sales process. Your work will involve :
- Listening to owners and convincing them to entrust their property to you for sale.
- Producing a high-quality advertising (photos, text)
- Receiving and dealing with buyer enquiries
- Conducting visits
- Receiving offers and carrying out negotiations
- Gathering necessary documents and synchronising the parties involved to complete the sale
- Building customer loyalty
You'll be in charge of a portfolio that you'll need to manage and develop on an ongoing basis, making yourself known as a key player in your sector.
You'll be searching for and presenting properties, providing advice and following up your customers right up to the signing of the deed of sale.
You'll have a good way with people, commercial training and initial experience in this field.
We may accept beginners, depending on their profile.
